IMGP1376.jpgIMGP1384.jpgi brought home a yoga book from the library about the same time zach brought home some yoga mats from work. ever since then, we hear “i want oga” a lot and we’re happy to oblige.

IMGP1377.jpg we’ve found this great you tube series for kids to lead zelda’s yoga sessions and tells great stories. at 2, zelda is too old for baby yoga and too young for little kids yoga. i’m glad we’ve come up with something at home that let’s zelda do yoga. we hope over time we can use it as a way to get to her pay attention to what she is doing with her body since she’s bigger and stronger than most her age, but she doesn’t realize that when she moves around at full speed. and regardless, hearing her say “oga” and “nam-a-stay” is the cutest.
